Natural Remedies for Hemorrhoids

The best way to get rid of hemmroids is by learning the cause for the attack and thus use the best natural remedy to treat it. usually hemorrhoids stems from constipation and you need to use more than one remedy to treat yourself.

The main thing to do to treat hemorrhoids is to have regular bowel movements. If you have a habit of taking a newspaper or magazine to the bathroom, stop it as it makes you sit longer. Prolonged sitting on the toilet puts pressure on the anal and rectal veins, which eventually leads to hemorrhoids or aggravates your existing hemorrhoids.

Avoid pushing or straining too much during bowel movements as it only enlarges your hemorrhoids. If you find that you find it difficult to pass stools, try sitting up straight, and then leaning back slightly. Another suggestion would be to raise your arms above your head as it helps in stretching and moving your colon for better passage of stools.

You can also try moving your colon by moving your stomach in and out, and by moving side to side. Also try placing your feet on a small stool so that your knees move upwards. This way, you can reduce anal area pressure.

If you sit all day at your job, make it a point to walk about as often as possible. Even exercising in an exercise room for a few minutes can help you get rid of hemorrhoids. Maintain a regular exercise regimen to get rid of hemorrhoids like a brisk walk around a few blocks.

Yoga is also helpful in preventing hemorrhoids as it helps to stretch the colon and your anal muscles while reviving circulation. Try exercising on a rebounder where every part of your body is exercised, and helps push all your lymph liquid into the lymph nodes for efficient detoxification.

Anus exercise is also efficient in treating hemorrhoids. This exercise is done by pushing down like having a bowel movement, and then pulling back for a few minutes. This helps build tissues found in the area, and bringing in new blood to eradicate toxin build up in the area.

In addition to all this, ensure that you avoid constipation by eating a fiber rich diet. This way, you will be able to bring your hemorrhoids problem well under control.
